Did you know that:

We do, and in addition, we know that even complex topics can be interesting if properly presented. So, we created Serapy, and the compliance games CompCQ© (CompCQ.io). We are a young and innovative start-up, developing exciting educational games in the field of corporate trainings, in particular compliance. Our aim is to make those trainings fun, pleasant and at the same time, such that people remember what they've learned. We are working with the academic support of professors in the field of educational sciences as well as reputed lawyers to ensure the games are up to the latest standards.

If you have a legal / regulatory background and are also interested in business; you can break down complex regulatory and legal concepts into small, understandable pieces; you want to work in a dynamic, creative and intellectually challenging environment; and last but not least, if you are interested in and want to contribute to how companies can improve their internal (compliance) trainings and thus provide better learning environment for their
employees;

Then you should apply!

Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
• Work on compliance topics such as EU Competition Law, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Sanctions, Data privacy etc., and break down the regulatory / legal requirements into small learning pieces;
• Research various sources (e.g., website of the European Courts, National Competition Commissions and National Compliance Commissions) to extract relevant regulatory guidelines, examples, cases and keep knowledge up to date;
• Structure the theory in pieces that can be easily tested;
• Identify how to test the knowledge or behavior related to the particular piece of theory to ensure the person who learns can demonstrate an understanding and mastery of the learned material;
• Document in a structured manner (using the internally developed frameworks) the theory, the learning materials and the knowledge or behavior to be tested, so that scenarios can be elaborated on that basis (by the scenario team).

Your profile:
• Structured and logical way of thinking;
• Desire to work on creative ways to present and explain existing legal texts and regulatory approaches
