Job Description:

career path...)

Pfizer Vaccines has one of the strongest pipelines in the industry, with multiple new products poised to come to market in the next few years. With these potential vaccines on the horizon, the U.S. meningococcal portfolio will play a key role in delivering breakthroughs that change patients’ lives and portfolio growth. The licensed U.S. meningococcal portfolio is currently comprised of a meningitis (men) B vaccine, TRUMENBA®. Additionally, as part of the portfolio, launch planning is underway for a phase 3 pentavalent vaccine candidate that can simplify the adolescent vaccine by providing protection for men ACWY and B.

The team is looking for a leader who will play a key role at a critical time in the portfolio history and can simultaneously lead a portfolio: driving the in-line business while also planning for a product launch. With TRUMENBA, there is an opportunity to gain ground in a competitive marketplace leveraging clinical sellingCar and portfolio selling approach. For the pentavalent asset, there is the prospect to shape the launch plan and take a strategic, customer-centric approach to differentiating the brand.

Given the dynamic market environment, we are looking for a colleague with an agile mindset who thinks beyond organizational silos and is capable and flexible to lead this business and other initiatives that may arise in line with evolving portfolio and business priorities.

Lead all aspects of brand commercial management across customer channels (HCP, Account, Pharmacy, Payer, Caregiver/Consumer), delivering strategies and tactics to achieve budgeted revenue

Lead Operational and Tactical planning for TRUMENBA

Make tradeoff decisions to prioritize focus areas and spend investment to maximize brand performance

Coach team members to develop and deliver strategic priorities, materials and resources for customer-facing colleagues

Lead team to develop and deliver robust omnichannel strategies and content to meet customer needs

Partner with medical affairs, regulatory, legal and compliance to ensure strict adherence to promotional guidelines

Partner with Finance to develop business forecasts and regularly track performance against budget targets

Coach and develop meningococcal team members to achieve business objectives and further their professional development

Pentavalent Launch Planning:

Partner with the Global team to set the optimal launch plans for the vaccine, creating a compelling case to differentiate and drive uptake. Communicate progress on key milestones to Senior Leadership

Manage portfolio interdependencies and collaborate on the optimal U.S. vaccines franchise approach

Work closely with the medical, health and value, regulatory, Global, Adult, Access and inline U.S. teams to further define launch scenarios, refine the forecast and identify commercial model implications to drive launch and ACIP recommendation planning

Harness the Collective Advantage: Infuse launch excellence learnings and best practices into launch planning

Find new ways of working, to shape the internal and external environment and don’t accept the status quo

Develop U.S.-specific unbranded and branded messaging to create a customer value proposition that communicates the burden of disease and unmet medical need for adolescents in the context of changing market dynamics

Facilitate discussions with Legal and Compliance. Identify potential risks and risk mitigation approaches to effectively deploy novel approaches to develop and shape the market while complying with all company policies

Lead the conversation by engaging partners, such as trade and medical associations and patient advocacy groups to formulate solutions for supporting adolescent immunization practice and ensuring rapid market conversion / uptake

Align with Pfizer’s broader Equity agenda by developing strategies and programs that improve adolescent vaccination education and access to reduce health disparities
