Job Description: Hybris Billing SAP – BRIM CI Functional Consultant

Roles/Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and executing Hybris Billing BRIM CI Implementation/Integrate/ Support
Work with Customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value
Work with architects, developers, project managers and business personnel to define the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements
Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments
Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
Ability to configure SAP BRIM CI module and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP FICO/CC/SD modules.
Integration of the CI module with other SAP modules like SAP-FICA, FICO, CC, SD modules.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:Unit Testing, Cycle Testing
Integration Testing
User Manual Preparation
User Support activities
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:

6 to 8 years of experience in implementation/support project experience in implementing SAP BRIM CI solution to support subscription business models. He/she has strong knowledge of CC configuration and integration with SOM & CI components of SAP BRIM CI solution.
Minimum one end-end BRIM CI implementation experience integration with SAP BRIM SOM, CC.
Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following BRIM CI.
SAP BRIM (CI) Functional Consultant in implementing SAP BRIM (CI) solution to support subscription business models. He/she has strong knowledge of CI configuration and integration with SOM, CC, SD & FICA, FI/CO components of SAP solution. He/she also has extensive experience in implementing SAP FICA, FI/CO solution.

The primary responsibilities include:

* Coordinate and conduct detailed requirements gathering

* Business process design

* Gap identification and assessment

* Configuration of the SAP BRIM (CI) system

* Issue identification & escalation

* Maintain issues log, work plan, risk mitigation plan, status reports, and other relevant documents

* Provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects

* Manage the testing process, data conversion, and interfaces

* Finalize deliverables at each stage of the project

* Deliver training to trainers

* Execute the assigned tasks in the cutover plan

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:

SAP FICA,FI/CO
SAP SOM, CC, SD

NICE TO HAVE

Worked on integration with other ECC modules
Training / Awareness on Net Weaver, Mobility and Cloud Components
Team Leading Experience would be added advantage
Exposure to Integration with SAP or Non-SAP Applications
Should have experience in FICA,FICO, CC with BRIM (SOM)
