Learn more at and follow us @JanssenGlobal.   Key Responsibilities include the following: Lead product-specific launch readiness teams such as RSV Sr and COVID-19 EUA prior to creation of an in-line marketing team.Ensure development of preliminary US positioning, differentiation, value proposition & pricing strategy, as well as novel go to market models for routine use vaccines.Represent US on Global Commercial Teams (GCT) and provide input to Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) on development of global vision, positioning; trademark and branding, and key pre-launch initiatives.Support the US Regional Core Strategy Team (RCST) for vaccines in providing GCSO an aligned US input to compound strategy, clinical development plans & stage gate decisions.    QualificationsB.A. or a B.S. degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferredMinimum of 9 years pharmaceutical business experience in Sales, Marketing or New Business Development. Vaccines marketing experience strongly preferredExperience working with R&D, medical affairs, global marketing, market access, patient advocacy & supply chain preferredSolid understanding of the Clinical Development, Regulatory  and Promotional  process & environment; ability to understand clinical studies and terminologies Ability to develop strategy and build comprehensive business case for new opportunities including market overview, analytics, forecast development, and commercial resourcing.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to provide succinct & insightful communication to drive decisionsAbility to collaborate and achieve alignment in cross-functional teams at senior management levelDemonstrated track record of leadership in driving team efficiencies, garnering support, driving to decision and execution Results driven with strong problem solving skills and an ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities Strong at developing partnerships, managing conflict and creating value for the organization by championing innovation and risk takingTrack record of distilling and synthesizing data from multiple sources to provide a strategic recommendation   Johnson& Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
