a Finance Manager, Global Consolidations and FP&A, to be located in Bridgewater,
NJ.

Reporting to the Supply
Chain Enterprise Performance Reporting COE Finance Director, this role will
have responsibility for leading the consolidations, reporting and analysis of
Supply Chain financial results for the MD Supply Chain business.  In
addition, the successful candidate will partner with the MD’s Supply Chain
Finance Leadership team, Group Finance, and peers in Pharmaceutical and
Consumer sectors. 

The Global Consolidations
Manager will be responsible for worldwide financial analysis and reporting for
MD Supply Chain.  This role requires a high level of planning,
coordination, and partnership with key stakeholders, and requires managing tight
deadlines and with multiple constituents. The position includes interaction
with senior management and a variety of finance functions throughout the
organization.  Responsibilities include providing the Enterprise Supply Chain,
Group Finance, and Medical Devices Leadership with worldwide performance
analysis, dashboards, and quarterly reports to support business decisions, and
explain variance of actual results versus forecast and prior period actuals. 
Utilizing strong analytical thinking skills to interpret results and perform analysis
on business trends and reporting findings to senior management, is a critical
element of this role.  This manager coordinates input from segments and
functions, to perform analysis and consolidation of various financial
activities including business planning, forecast updates, strategic planning,
latest thinking exercises as well as quarterly reporting of actual financial
results.  This role is responsible for leading all major financial
updates, corporate submissions, and consolidation of global financials, as well
as managing our 52-week financial planning calendar with our key stakeholders. Key
stakeholders include Enterprise Supply Chain leadership, MD leadership, finance
counterparts throughout the supply chain organization, and Group finance.

The Finance Manager will provide
analytics and insights into trends and changes in the profitability of the MD
Sector Gross Margin by analyzing various financial data and results, and
partnering with Group finance, commercial finance, and segments to forecast and
explain fluctuations in gross margin. The candidate will also utilize knowledge
and experience to continuously improve core processes requiring financial
involvement, and assist in various projects impacting the financial systems,
processes, and reporting capabilities of the organization.  Assist in other ad-hoc analysis when
required.  While this role will primarily
focus on supporting the MD Supply Chain sector, it also provides an opportunity
to lead global Performance Reporting COE projects and to play a significant
leading role in COE initiatives to drive standardization of
activities/processes across Pharm, MD and Consumer, shaping the way we work for
all sectors.

The position has two
Senior Financial Analyst direct reports who are located in Bridgewater, NJ.
QualificationsA
Bachelor’s degree is required with preference in finance or accounting.CPA,
