Optimise supply across markets to ensure optimal profitability across key CEP brands
Work closely with supply chain to support simplification and minimise COGs through short term and long term plans
Develop strong partnerships with GMS, Medical and Regulatory and CMLs to manage and leverage portfolio and supply optimization activities

Collaborate with supply chain to execute CEP long term strategy and more immediate initiatives to drive volume eg. AGx, site closure
Lead brand demand and supply optimization to identify opportunities, targets, plans and tracking for margin and cash improvement of specified brands and on an on-going basis
Partner with GMS, Medical, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders to develop a profit improvement program and jointly identify workstreams and owners to drive execution
Collaborate closely with and leverage on CEP CMLs and other members to execute and deliver targeted revenue and profit
Develop strong partnerships with GMS, Medical and Regulatory and CMLs to manage and leverage portfolio and supply optimization activities
Execute and improve product optimisation process with GMS to simplify supply chain

Business Degree with Post-graduation and/or MBA as well as commercial background preferred
10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry with proven capability to drive brand performance across cross functional teams and matrix organisations
Successful, positive, focused, results and activity driven with a powerful work ethic
Innovative thinking to search out new ways to improve performance and sharing best practices
Influencing and collaboration skills to achieve objectives with partners
High integrity, fairness and transparency with respect, support and listening to others
Highly professional with good attention to detail and analytical mindset
Intelligent, team player and enthusiastic
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Personal presence to engage credibly with internal/external stakeholders across cultural and organisational barriers
