About the role
FreeWill is looking for a seasoned senior level B2B marketing leader to be our first head of Marketing. Partnering closely with the founders and Co-CEOs, this role will lead a team to drive our overall marketing strategy and execution with a focus on our competitive positioning.
The director will focus on increasing our new inbound sales and increasing interest from our existing partners, as well as develop the systems behind our marketing engine. The ideal candidate is numbers- and data-driven, strategic, and creative, energized by the goal of raising $1 trillion for high impact nonprofits.
This position reports to the co-CEO.
Identify growth opportunities and define, develop and own FreeWill’s marketing strategy, vision and plan to materialize on those opportunities and grow the business
Manage and develop a small content marketing team to continue to build FreeWill’s brand within the nonprofit sector and drive inbound interest in our products
Refine FreeWill’s brand positioning and voice and ensure that we are consistent with our brand across the company, including working closely with our sales, partner success, and product teams
Focus primarily on our B2B marketing efforts, with some attention to B2C marketing work
Drive lead generation for new sales prospects
Leverage data to inform your testing roadmap & decisions and establish strong metrics for measuring results across various marketing channels
