Position Purpose & Summary
Manages business development innitiatives and projects to deliver results through collaboration with commercial, technical, and operation team.
Ideation and Project Intake
Develop understanding of market, customer insight, technical and operation aspect to advise the process of generating of NBD, NPSS, and Investment projects.
Market and customer development analysis to discover opprotunities and formulate strong value proposition as solution for customers.
Strong collaboration with technical and operational team to generate ideas and lead the process to turn them into projects
Execute NBD, NPSS, and Investment projects through management of project team, stakeholders, workstream activities and timeline.
Deliver projects with compliance to Cargill management practices and get approval from leadership team on sequences of gate review.
Leadership and Transformation of Commercial Start-ups
Take ownership in executing commercialized BD projects as start-up businesses.
Execute commercial plans, processes and capabilities to deliver results from zero point.
Transforming business development projects into well structured, stable, and established business lines for company.
Bachelor in Business
Minimum 3-4 years of experience of corporate experience on:
Managing sales and commercial activities in multinational food and beverage Industry to achieve business target
Managing commercial start-up activities to launch new product and solution in dynamic working environment
Managing dynamics with distribution partners and various business stakeholders
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Strategic and market consultancy with a background on :
Executing strategy through PMO at start-up company or established company looking for new business opportunity.
Advising strategy to Multinational company to enter and grow in Indonesia
Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced level in MS office applications, i.e. Excel, PPT and Word
Above average presentation skills
Quantitative analysis skills
Sound commercial acumen
Knowledgable about food and beverage industry
English & bahasa Indonesia language
Minimum 3 years of experience in either/mix of :
Executing strategy through PMO at start-up company or established company looking for new business opportunity in F&B and Food Ingredient market.
Leading multiple project execution and facing customers to provide direction, guidance, and recommendation on growth strategy for F&B and Food Ingredient compa
