As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional candidate to serve as the right hand to the founder and CEO, helping to ensure that we maintain excellence in our delivery and continue to develop the talent on our team. While employed by Atalanta, the successful candidate will also work closely with our CEO to support her work through Barboni Strategies, which provides communications and digital services to a range of global corporate clients and business leaders.

Here’s what you would be doing:
Acting as the right hand to the CEO, helping to implement robust project management processes and oversee the development of both in-house and freelance talent. Specifically, this includes:
Assisting the CEO in creating a culture of continuous improvement across the entire organisation.
Putting in place rigorous project management and quality assurance processes, including managing and implementing the ISO9001:2015 certification process.
Coordinating with account leads to ensure that project delivery is tracked and measured against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and following up on behalf of the CEO to ensure that milestones are achieved.
Continuing to build our global network of suppliers, ensuring that they meet the highest standards for quality and reliability.
Monitoring the delivery of our diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism commitments and drafting a biannual report tracking progress.
Overseeing the implementation robust processes for testing and screening applicants for full-time and freelance positions and managing the onboarding process.
Proactively identifying talent development opportunities and coordinating external training as needed to help build team members’ skills.
English language fluency is a requirement. Additional language skills, particularly French,
Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic, would be a plus.
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
£75,000 annual salary and a performance-based bonus.
